YesStyle 選用 Oracle Cloud CX 提供優質線上體驗,加強顧客忠誠度

人工智能實力協助YesStyle創造個人化顧客體驗


喆麗控股有限公司 (股份代號:2209.HK) 旗下專注於時裝、美容及生活時尚產品的電子商貿平台YesStyle.com (「YesStyle」)宣布與甲骨文公司(「Oracle」)合作,借助Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX) 靈活及可靠的人工智能科技解決方案,提升營銷平台的自動化水平。

作為2021亞洲零售大獎的「香港區年度化妝品零售商」,YesStyle於2021年取得強勁的業務增長,在電商平台上服務會員超過600萬。隨着客戶需求大增,YesStyle需要更靈活可靠的營銷平台管理各類營銷活動、提升成效並實時收集消費行為數據。


仔細評估市場上各項解決方案後,YesStyle選用Oracle Cloud CX中包括Oracle Responsys Campaign Management、Oracle Audience Segmentation及Oracle Infinity Behavioural Intelligence在內的解決方案,藉此發起跨平台營銷活動,整合現有及潛在客戶數據,發掘當中的潛藏商機。


上述的人工智能解決方案有助YesStyle實時收集消費者的線上行為數據,加以分析並為每名顧客提供量身訂制的建議選項。這樣能夠實時為每名顧客提供最佳的線上旅程,結合eDMs、通知、訊息、SMS及數碼廣告,讓他們擁有最貼心及個人化的線上體驗。


喆麗控股營銷部副總裁Erik Hohmann先生表示:「客戶忠誠度是業務增長的關鍵因素。過去幾年,YesStyle舊有客戶貢獻的收入持續上升,要再下一城,我們需要一套由人工智能驅動的解決方案。憑藉成熟的電商解決方案及服務環球顧客的豐富經驗,甲骨文公司是能更好滿足我們商業需要的合作伙伴。在甲骨文公司的支援下,我們期望在未來3年將留存收入提升最少50%。」
